How do I access my unit?
After signing your contract you can log in to your personal portal immediately. With one tap you open your unit lock and the main gate. No physical key or code required.
What are the opening hours?
The facility is accessible from 06:00 to 23:00, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
How long do I have to rent?
There is no minimum rental period. You rent monthly with a 30-day notice period. Cancel anytime through your portal.
How is payment handled?
Pay via iDEAL, credit card or Bancontact. The first month and deposit are charged immediately at reservation. Then monthly automatically.
Is there staff on site?
Harry Storage is fully self-service. There is no staff on site. For questions, contact us via the tenant portal or email.
What am I not allowed to store?
Hazardous substances, flammable materials, drugs, live animals and food are prohibited. See our terms and conditions for the full list.
Are my belongings insured?
Your belongings are not automatically insured by Harry Storage. We recommend extending your contents insurance to include storage coverage.
What is the deposit?
The deposit equals one month's rent. It is refunded within 14 working days after your contract ends, provided the unit is empty and clean.
